Confirmation of Purchase and Token Allocation
Immediate Token Allocation: Tokens are credited to your FocusClock.ai account immediately upon successful payment processing, allowing you to access them without delay. This ensures a seamless experience, allowing users to proceed with their tasks without unnecessary waiting.
Confirmation: An in-platform confirmation message will appear upon completion, providing assurance that the transaction was successful. Additionally, an email receipt (if applicable) will be sent to the email address associated with your account for easy record-keeping and reference.
Processing Delays: While Tokens are typically credited instantly, occasional processing delays may occur due to network or system issues. If Tokens do not appear within your account immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for resolution. Contact customer support if Tokens are still unavailable after this period, and our team will work promptly to address the issue.

For purchases of 5,000 to 9,999 credits, the price per credit is £0.0017 (approx. €0.002)
For purchases of 10,000 to 99,999 credits, the price per credit is £0.00085 (approx. €0.001)
For purchases of 100,000 or more credits, the price per credit is £0.00068 (approx. €0.0008)
Scalable Savings: The more Tokens purchased, the lower the cost per Token, making larger packages more cost-effective. This pricing model is designed to reward users who commit to higher usage levels, offering them substantial savings.
Cost Control: Users retain flexibility in managing Token expenses, purchasing only what they need based on anticipated usage. This ensures that users can scale their expenditures according to their specific requirements, avoiding unnecessary costs.

Using Tokens
Tokens are a flexible, digital credit system designed to provide users with seamless access to FocusClock.ai’s wide array of productivity tools, premium features, and other exclusive platform services.
By using Tokens, users have the flexibility to tailor their platform experience according to their specific needs, selecting only the services they require.
Nature of Tokens
Tokens are a platform-specific credit system and should not be confused with any form of currency. Specifically:
No Fiat Value: Tokens do not hold equivalent value in fiat currency and are solely intended for use within the FocusClock.ai platform.
Not Redeemable for Cash: Tokens cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for any sum of money or monetary value. This ensures that the credit system remains dedicated to platform-specific purposes.
No Substitute for Fiat: Tokens do not serve as a substitute for any official currency and are not intended for external financial transactions.
No Personal Property Rights: Tokens do not confer ownership or any personal property rights to users. This distinction ensures that Tokens function purely as a means of accessing platform features.
Not a Wallet or Payment Device: A Token balance is not a wallet, bank account, or payment device and is solely intended for accessing services within the FocusClock.ai platform.
This structure ensures that Tokens are solely intended to facilitate user interaction and access to FocusClock.ai’s services, preserving their intended purpose within the ecosystem.
Flexible Usage
Pay-Per-Service: Tokens offer users a flexible way to choose and pay only for the specific services they need. Each feature or service on the platform is assigned a designated Token value, which will be displayed before the transaction is completed, allowing for easy budgeting and informed decisions. This system provides transparency and helps users manage their expenditures effectively.
Tailored Experience: The Token system provides a customized approach, enabling users to adjust their service usage as needed, based on personal requirements or budget. This flexibility allows users to make the most of their Token balance and access features that align with their goals.
Redemption of Tokens
Tokens can only be redeemed within the FocusClock.ai platform to access various services, enabling productivity and streamlined activities.
They also allow users to unlock all platform features for a comprehensive experience reserved for Token-holders.
Token Expiry and Account Inactivity
Tokens purchased on the FocusClock.ai platform do not expire and remain valid indefinitely, provided that the user’s account remains active.
However, in cases of prolonged inactivity:
Account Inactivity Period: If your account remains inactive for a continuous period of 6 months, it will be considered inactive.
Deactivation and Token Forfeiture: After 6 months of inactivity, your account may be deactivated, and any remaining Tokens associated with the account will be forfeited.
Reactivation Opportunity: FocusClock.ai will notify users prior to account deactivation. Users will have the opportunity to log in and reactivate their accounts to retain their Tokens and access to the platform.
Non-Transferability and Restrictions on Use
To ensure fair and appropriate use of Tokens:
Non-Transferable: Tokens cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or otherwise assigned to other users, preserving the integrity of the system.
Personal Use Only: Tokens are intended solely for the account holder’s use. Attempting to transfer Tokens by sharing account credentials or other means is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement: Any attempt to transfer Tokens or misuse of account credentials may result in the forfeiture of Tokens and, potentially, account suspension. These measures ensure that the Token system remains secure and equitable for all users.
FocusClock.ai reserves the right to forfeit Tokens in the event of policy violations, misuse, or fraudulent activity. Such forfeiture is non-reversible.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
At FocusClock.ai, we aim to ensure a seamless experience when purchasing Tokens.
However, due to the nature of digital credits, Token purchases are generally non-refundable.
Once Tokens are credited to your account, they are final and irreversible.
Exception-Based Refunds
While Token purchases are generally non-refundable, certain exceptions may apply in the following cases:
Technical Errors: In the event that a technical error causes an issue with your purchase (e.g., system malfunction or payment processing failure), you may request a refund. These cases are handled with utmost priority to ensure user satisfaction.

Promotional Tokens and Offers
FocusClock.ai may periodically offer Promotional Tokens as part of marketing campaigns, special events, or loyalty programs.
These tokens provide users with an opportunity to access additional platform resources, often at no additional cost.
Key Features of Promotional Tokens
Unique Terms: Promotional Tokens may come with specific terms and conditions, such as expiration dates or usage restrictions. These terms will be clearly detailed as part of the promotion, ensuring users are fully informed.
Non-Refundable: Like purchased Tokens, Promotional Tokens are generally non-refundable and may not be exchanged for monetary value. This ensures that Promotional Tokens remain exclusive to their intended purpose within the campaign.
Promotional Tokens will always be accompanied by clear details regarding their expiration, usage, or restrictions.
Combining Promotional and Purchased Tokens
When both Promotional Tokens and purchased Tokens are present in a user’s account, the following process applies:
Priority Use of Promotional Tokens: Promotional Tokens will be used first for eligible transactions, maximizing the benefit of promotional offers.
Purchased Tokens: After all available Promotional Tokens are redeemed, any remaining balance will be covered by purchased Tokens. This ensures that users receive maximum value from both purchased and promotional credits.
Modifications to the Token Policy
FocusClock.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Token system, including pricing and redemption policies.
Changes will be posted on the platform and communicated to users.
Continued use of Tokens after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
